Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Once your order has been clinically reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary during public holidays or periods of high demand.

We cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect delivery information provided by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations.
If your order is declined on clinical grounds, a full refund of any medication cost will be issued. Consultation fees may be non-refundable where a clinical review has taken place.
